COEDGE — Leader As Coach Training

Coaching Skills for Leaders & Managers

Direct. Decide. Deliver.

Look closer — who's actually delivering? You mostly. Them less.

Your calendar is full of THEIR priorities. Your drive is running THEIR engine.

It's the conversation.

Directing kills ownership. Micro-managing kills initiative. Chasing kills self-agency.

Here's the shift: COEDGE.

Add a coaching leadership style — change how you converse — and your team stops borrowing your drive. They find their own fuel.

You lead. They deliver.

How COEDGE transforms

HOW COEDGE TRANSFORMS

A coaching leadership style — coaching conversations that replace directing with discovering.

Questions generate clarity. Listening generates ownership.

Transformational leadership shifts "minimum required to discretionary effort". "Compliance to conviction". "Borrowed drive to own fuel".

The result? You spend 84% of your time on YOUR priorities. They deliver on theirs. Consistently. Sustainably.

Add one skill. Watch every other leadership skill compound.

Coaching skills for leaders

COACHING SKILLS FOR LEADERS

  • Swap judgment for curiosity — unlock potential you didn't see

  • Ask questions that generate clarity, possibilities, and ownership

  • Listen to what's said. And what isn't.

  • Build psychological safety — where your people think out loud

  • Raise self-awareness — strengths, interferences, blind spots

  • Expand perspectives — spark collaboration without forcing it

  • Women leadership training → coaching skills = "leadership currency"

  • Coaching skills for managers — practised, not theorized.

  • Grow a coaching culture that compounds over time

Client speaks

Leader as Coach Training Across Africa, the Americas, and Globally

"Making people realize the VALUE OF ACCOUNTABILITY and PERSONAL LEADERSHIP was the gem on the crown. Each and every minute all through the three days of the program was well executed and that was the ultimate real-time live example which made us to think and value our own growth. How much is being taught and however deep the learning is, it will make less meaning if it is not implemented in real life. Current program filled that gap, as we started implementing immediately on the course of learning."

Branch Head, Commercial Bank

"Your statement 'mindsets are not so SET after all' sticks with me — every time I am trying to see somebody as they have a problem — my learning is to remember this and be a coaching leader to help them figure out their own solutions."

BU HR Manager, Global Materials Technology & Recycling

"As a leader who used to lead from the front, I am amazed to report that all it took to unlock my people's potential was for me to shut up more and instead ask questions. I have to admit that it took me 19 years to realize that my people could come up with such expert answers."

Regional Sales Manager, Global Pharma, LATAM

"Aish was very creative and supportive in teaching us the art of coaching and making it fun at the same time. Highly recommend this course to other leaders. Aish, you are very natural in your coaching style. I want to be able to do so too. You have inspired me to develop my coaching skills and approach to coaching. Very grateful for your patience as we learnt the ropes and your written feedback observations will go a long way in fine tuning my leadership as a coach."
